This is ridiculous. We have to do the majority of their work now and get nothing for it?
Can't even get brake parts replenished and they want us to play the #'s game still.

Anybody else not getting shipping label's?

You have to pull the label off of OE Connection yourself, there's a whole 37 page instruction manual you can print off of Global Connect explaining the process. You can
find it by doing a search on the main page for d2d.

What about loop 1???

loopone is not used any longer for labels.

Click on setup shipment and goes to a blank screen??? WTF

You need to make sure to internet explorer and not chrome otherwise you will get that blank screen ................. cause you know we still running windows 95 on the world of GM

I got that blank screen on Microsoft Edge too, so had to backtrack and find out what to do, such as going back to internet explorer!

I DONT KNOW IF THIS HELPS . I HAVE TO GO INTO "COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS" IN IE AND ADD OR REMOVE THE WEBSITE. SOME FUNCTIONS IN gm require me to do it. LIKE : EVERYTHING THAT HAS A POPUP WINDOW AND CLAIMS AND ORDERING.

We tried to do one yesterday, The dealer that had the part said the guy that usually did their Sprint shipments was out but someone could figure it out. After 90 minutes it cancelled. We contacted SPAC and asked them to help. They told us all about the new system. We told them we tried it and it timed out. Finally the agent said he would contact the dealer. After forever he said he had done another express with them and would check back later to make sure it was done. That one also timed out. We contacted the dealer and they said it had been shipped. Today still shows opened and unfilled. No tracking number. I guess we will wait and see if it shows up on FEDEX.
