What's great is that shipping estimate tool is from September4, 2020 !!!! talk about staying up to date ?!!? we all know prices have skyrocketed in the logistics department . Make an estimate off that tool and your going to be way off . Best bet is open and account with UPS and get up date estimates

I use the OVN calculator almost daily and it has always been spot on. YMMV

Agreed, ideally freight isn't really an expense account, but a flowing account that hovers at a very low profit. Fair to the customer as the mark up is minimal, and saves in the long run on those inevitable times when you need to eat the freight for business reason.
