my guys have said this before. A few of them swap the fittings over from the oldParts007 wrote:Parts007 wrote:Anybody have issues with techs installing these 19383805 condensers? Have one tech that complains the trans line fitting doesn't fit correctly.
So the issue the trans cooler lines not snapping into the condenser properly. You can't get the line in and the snap ring on the fitting doesn't seat.

Maybe you received a bad batch? Is it ALL of your techs or just one? We've sold 10 of this # since last June, and have three techs. No one has mentioned any issues so far.Parts007 wrote:So the issue the trans cooler lines not snapping into the condenser properly. Trans cooler fitting problems here also. Have instructed the techs to swap from old one. Even tried using the replacement fitting from catalog which is 19210848. Same problem. We had trans line pop off one of the replacement condensers and fry the transmission. Had to eat that one. Tried to get avm to warranty. Said it was installer error.

Correct you need to sell new fittings or tech will have to swap old ones to be "safe"Parts007 wrote:Parts007 wrote:Anybody have issues with techs installing these 19383805 condensers? Have one tech that complains the trans line fitting doesn't fit correctly.
