On the Global main page on the top right is a double bubble (Chat with Support center) click that

Then on the next page on the bottom right there is a single bubble (Hello, have a question? Lets Chat)

Then just follow the prompts

Gotta love the general! 86539782 (Black emblem kit) on national control. At this point, I know I wont be able to spac it with a VIN. So why do I try anyways hoping something will change...

It also seems like we're back to 076 not shipping parts in a timely manner. I have a few parts that were ordered on the 20th that show a shipment number, but have not shipped yet.

But then again, it's only been 8 days and GM appreciates my patience and understanding. :roll:

I've basically given up on the GM eStore. So many accessories aren't even shown on the site. They've disappeared. Basically all black emblems/bowties, cargo liners, etc etc etc. And if there's a number change on something, forget it. Takes weeks and weeks before, if ever, eStore gets updated. Just like in RIM when there's a number change. :? :roll:

in the last couple of weeks, I have seen diesel fuel filters on national backorder, standard lug nuts, Def fluid, and now low beam h11 light bulbs again. I don't understand how we can run out of these maintenance items.

It is my understanding that items which are unavailable/on backorder; are taken off the eStore page. Most are still in the EPC, though.

Unfortunately, that is not the case on some items. I needed something last week, it was not listed, so I gave my ADI a call to see if they had it, and they did. It is getting to the point now where we have to call in orders to our ADI's just to see if they have it..

Just another addon to the 076 fiasco, I am waiting on something that was ordered on the 20th and has not been shipped. 087 is starting to get better, but 5-7 days for a fascia is still pitiful when it used to be 3 days!
