Here are a few ideas.
Get some airbags from the salvage yard for your brands. Have a tech deploy them so they can see what they do if in an accident.
Show off some of the factory technology that we get from the factory. Have a vehicle set up with the toll attached and turn wipers on or activate the horn. This will be something that can help see the difference from the aftermarket sector.

My techniques for running owners clinics has evolved over the last 13 years. As I approach my 200th owners clinic there are some worthy tips I can
share.
#1- appoint a manager responsible for the clinic
#2- keep the salespeople out of , most couldn't care less.
#3- use different forms of communication to get your point across, print, people, video.
#4- when it comes to invites, forget postcards, emails, and phone calls- TEXTING IS KING!
#5- When I made a few changes and fired salespeople and sales management from being involved with the invite process
things took off! In the last 3 years I have pulled as many customers to clinics as the 10 years before that!
