Has anyone else noticed that on parts coming on the truck from 075 there isn't any tracking information? GM's tracking information sucks at best, but it looks like Pontiac has simply quit putting any information in.

I DONT GET IT . I WAS TRACKING A PART THIS MORNING THAT WAS COMING OUT OF 75 . SHIPMENT NUMBER YES BUT NO TRACKING INFO.
I CALLED CAC THEY CONNECTED ME TO A FOREIGNER AND THEN THE CALLED DROPPED. CALLED AGAIN SPOKE TO ANOTHER FOREIGNER AND SHE SAID THAT THE MICHIGAN CROSSDOCK HAS NOT RECEIVED YET. 75 SAID THEY SHIPPED IT ON THE 14TH.

RIGHT AFTER THAT MY SHIPPING/RECEIVING CLERK BROUGHT ME PAPERWORK TO RECEIPT AND GUESS WHAT WAS THERE. THE PARTS I JUST CALLED ON.

Is it just me or the rest of you have to login to GLOBAL a hundred times a day.. It logs me off while I'm in it, seems like it's getting worse.

Same here. Been getting worse the last few weeks.
