Same here for the past several days. Today the locator isn't working as well.

I noticed it last night just before I left...was hoping it was just me. Dealing with it again today...very hit and miss.

I see that service workbench identified technical issues user sessions timing out (GCUS-9-12244 ). You think the issue for parts workbench was fixed?...

I've noticed it more since I started using IE again since half of Global stuff doesn't work under anything else.

I was told it was because the GM servers couldn't handle that many log-ins, all day. So it boots inactive users out after 10-15 monutes.

ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE. ANOTHER DAY USING/NOT USING GLOBAL CONNECT.

I'm sure they're laser focused on getting it fixed.

I didn't think of that. It does somewhat make sense.

Another day, another disconnect.
