EPIC times out, so I can't pull invoices. I can't pull invoices through Parts workbench either.

Global only half works.

Locator is down.

lol the one time that OE Connect / D2D is worth the expense...when EPIC doesn't work. At least I can tell customers an ETA on parts using it!

I wish they would stop the...……." THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE " line. Just say they are working on it and hope to have it fixed shortly. STOP It's like a joke and everyone uses it way to often...…………..

Well, EPIC is working, at least for the minute. But Support/Chat is dead. :(
