great news.. after a 20 minute hold with parts workbench... they assured me they were aware of this.

ok so my dealer laison who is pretty cool and a lot of help showed me this

parts workbench plus shipments then print all

that is everything that shipped today.. looks different, but it will work

We wanted to inform you about an issue with the eDoc functionality. Our team has identified the problem and is actively working to restore full functionality. The onboarding process for all users is time-consuming, but we are making steady progress. Dealers are currently being onboarded, and we expect to achieve 100% restoration by March 17th.

Edoc working this morning.

When will this ever work. 100% all the time.

Want to log into global connect?
new user name and password

Want to use parts workbench
old user name and password

Want to go to estore
another user name and password

Why do i have to click each login 3 times to get it to connect?

Complicating things that don't have to be complicated. I sell car parts, we are not working for the CIA.

Just an old fart ready for all facial recognition. No more passwords and usernames please...
And the worst.... being in charge of other old farts who can't remember their own user names and passwords. Having to reset someone everyday is the worst.
