As part of our ongoing efforts to expedite fulfillment of Dealership orders for part number 12633613, a new part - 19419980 - has been released and began shipping to fulfill backorders on April 27. Orders will be fulfilled on a first in - first out basis. SPAC cases will be forced to Ship Direct from the supplier in phases; and, we anticipate consistent shipments until all backorders are cleared. SPAC is not able to escalate any shipments.
The previous part number included a gasket necessary to complete the repair. Please note that this required gasket (12634467) is NOT included with the replacement part number (19419980). Until we fulfill all backorders of 19419980:
• Only one 19419980 order per VIN honored - duplicate orders using same VIN will be cancelled
• We will ship one 12634467 to match each order shipped of 19419980
• Part number 12634467 has been placed on National Control. All orders for 12634467 will be cancelled until we open this part for open ordering
