Doesn't anything work anymore..... Jeebus... Have to use 3 different web browsers to do dealerworld, when it does work. OE connection hasn't worked for 3 days now. We have multiple service lane parts that are taking a week to get. The backorders are sky rocketing again and we are back to 5+ spacs a day. We cannot get a complete shipment from any of the plants that combine shipment numbers 006, 039, 051. Mistagged parts on a daily basis.


All my hairs turned grey since the GM strike. Envious of the parts managers that left before that.

Oh by the way did you see the new volume order for air filters, suspension parts, mechanical parts?
You can even get us the stuff that we need.
03 Corvette battery, changed to some new battery that is on backorder 78XAGM. With a list price of $526.53.... Sorry sir the closest battery is 300+ miles away and they wont ship hazmat to me. what a joke
or the guy i talked to with a 2014 4x4 silverado, who needs a transmission. 19431764..... no pricing at all and of course backorder with no ETA. no dealers across the USA have it either... Sorry sir you have to rebuild your trans at double the labor amount and half the warranty. so lame

Not trying to stick up for GM, but any 78 series battery should work in the '03 'Vette. Also on the '14 Silverado transmission, this is in the engineering notes about the part number that you came up with...

Corvette battery is acdelco warranty.

Just frustrated with the tools we use everyday. Parts catalog, dealerworld, oe connection. None of these have been consistent like we need them to be.

And if you make a SPAC case forget getting it sprinted from another dealer because EVERYTHING is on the list of fragile parts that can only be sent by local carrier

lol the one time that OE Connect / D2D is worth the expense...when EPIC doesn't work. At least I can tell customers an ETA on parts using it!

FFS! Trying to transmit orders and parts workbench is down. CDK isn't transmitting either.

Find out OE connection only works with a browser that is obsolete.

Gotta love the GM Feeling!
