I'm trying to submit a claim for a shortage on a direct ship part. The part was ordered 12/06/2019 and was shipped 09/30/2020. I cannot get any information in global about it and we have not gotten it. When I try to submit it the system cannot find the order so I submit it without searching for the shipment and I get an error message "13015: Values inputTab selected from page Submit Customer Exceptions is invalid. Request has not been processed. Please select valid values and try again." I've tried in Chrome and IE and get the same message. I've cleared the history and same thing. Anyone else having this?

Did you know if you were billed for it? If so you should be able to get a shipment number.

ok it took me a while to find out how to fix this and it wasn't easy. GM hasn't made any updates to global connect to support edge, chrome, or firefox in their current forms. So when submitting claims the only way we can get this to work was to run edge in "internet explorer mode".

www. onmsft .com/how-to/how-to-enable-and-use-internet-explorer-mode-in-the-new-microsoft-edge

This is how I got it to work.
i had to put a space after www and onmsft because this message board wont let me post links.

"Yes, this is GM customer service. We would like to know what you cannot find out where the parts is for this customer. Also, I must tell you that your being recorded.

I don't know why I cannot get information from you.

From me? Sir, I am just the customer service rep.

Yes, I know but do you not work for GM?

Yes, I do but sir we are not equipped to look that information.

Good, now you know my problem!"

Yes we were billed for it, that's why I know about it. The order slip is long gone. I hope I don't get it because I don't need it anymore. I have a shipment number but nothing comes up under that shipment number. SPAC agent couldn't find anything either.

sigh... anyone able to download their gm invoices via their "view daily parts invoices"

keep getting error
The requested GM resource is not responding. This could be due to any of the following:
The requested GM application is not operational.
The requested GM application is currently too busy to receive additional traffic.
There are network problems.

Please try to access the GM resource later, or contact your Help Desk for assistance.

So many problems. This crap is insane.
