Parts Loyalty
Parts Loyalty
How many Dealer's missed out on PASE because of parts loyalty?? I normally run anywhere between 87.5 to 93% and for October we finished at 84.93% and currently November is 81.33% due to availability. If you are above 85% how in the heck did you do it????

Re: Parts Loyalty
They are giving another month voucher, saw it on Global. Good for this month and December. Guess they know it won't be better much before April

Re: Parts Loyalty
I'm at 83.93% with the plus-up that will take it to 93.93 90% is the objective. I tried the same day adjuster last month spent a hour on it and got a email stating I do not need to adjust because I qualify already..I spent time that I don't have and they say that

Re: Parts Loyalty
They don't waive the Sales Loyalty though and we missed it by .8

Re: Parts Loyalty
Do you sell a lot of non GM parts? That's what I thought sales loyalty was? Am I wrong?Zep33 wrote:They don't waive the Sales Loyalty though and we missed it by .8

Re: Parts Loyalty
Think about it. If purchase loyalty lags because you can't buy parts from GM that they do not have, why should they ding us on sales loyalty if we have to get parts elsewhere to repair their vehicles that they can not supply us with. This is pure Stupidity by some of the "smartest' people in the industry.bsnyder723 wrote:Do you sell a lot of non GM parts? That's what I thought sales loyalty was? Re: Parts Loyalty
On one hand, I can understand them not "rewarding" us for not buying enough GM parts. On the other hand, they can just plain fuck off.bsnyder723 wrote:Do you sell a lot of non GM parts? They prevented us from buying "enough" GM parts to hit the numbers. Sure we sold a used engine and a bunch of BG flushes but we were forced by non other than the fucked up GM to buy a shitload of brake pads, oil filtesr, rotors, hubs, and other crap we would have gladly purchased from them had they fucking let us
so yeah, they suck
Cause now we're paying a 1% fucking surcharge on every part they allow us to buy from them. Not sure yet what's gonna happen with the RIM return we also lose after not getting one since September when we were in their good graces. My god I fucking hate that piece of shit company
Re: Parts Loyalty
I know we can submit for purchase loyalty adjustments, but is there any way to do Sales loyalty adjustments? Sales loyalty is directly affected by purchase loyalty. If GM does not have parts available, we have to get parts from somewhere and low Sales Loyalty percentages should not effect PASE qualification.

Re: Parts Loyalty
Great question. I asked the same thing and was told that they will not do any special exceptions for sales loyalty. I tried to push one up the chain, a discontinued catalytic converter, but was told that still didn't qualify as its not one of the 5 part types that you can claim due to being discontinued. I complained to my rep who agreed that if the part is discontinued and you can't get it from GM there should be some way to get an exception...……………….. but sorry, you can't.
