GM District Manager

Currently we don't have a DMA. We haven't had one for weeks. We have no one to contact. Service and Parts are screwed because no one knows who to contact and no one at GM will call back / respond to email. One DMA asked that we text, but we don't have corporate phones - I don't want to give my personal phone number.

Do you have a currently assigned DMA? And is he / she knowledgeable and helpful?

Frustrated with GM beyond belief.

This company has surely lost their way - from a dealership point of view

contact dbc on chat line and ask them they should be able to help

Whiner, do this, google google voice, sign up for a free number attach it to your cell number and you will have a 2nd phone number you can use for business.. When someone wants my cell number for business I give them my Google Voice number and they never see my regular cell number. What is also nice is you can set it so it only answers during business hours! Nothing like that shop calling you at 9pm because they got the wrong part and now can't fix the car! This won't happen, the calls go straight to voice mail after the time you set.. I give this number to all reps and I put it on my business cards. Hope that help some...
