Yeah, I came here because I saw my order for 12690512 increased to 30 in my answerbacks this morning.

It is a known issue. Supposedly they are going to but an update on the RIM bulletin board as soon as they have more info.

For your awareness, the list of parts below were part of a system update that unfortunately had issues on 3/10/2022. The issue would have resulted in an over shipment on every order placed for less than the Distribution Quantity. As a result, the following will occur today.

• All orders for Parts noted on the list below will not ship today
• Parts on the list will not refer out from the Matrix PDC
• The orders for these parts will Backorder and Recycle on Monday 3/14/2022
• We are anticipating a return to normal order flow and fulfillment on your 3/14/2022 RIM orders for the parts listed below

Use caution.
I had 4 part numbers on my RIM order that went to the funky packs. Gm canceled 3 of them (and I never saw an answerback saying they were canceled). And in their grand wisdom they shipped me a quantity pack of 28 of the fourth part number (it was supposed to be for a quantity of 1).

Double check your outstanding R070 parts in your DMS.

Apparently they didn't get the entire issue handled... I received 30 of part no. 12690512 today and RIM's order was supposed to be for 1????

Same here. I suppose there are way worse things that I could have gotten...at least I can sell these.
