How are you ordering the parts that state national control contact assistance center? for instant 19383805 which our local pc has 975
but my orders cancel

19383805 is review code 1,listed as the following:


Special action required prior to processing, e.g., part number verification, use optional part number. The required action is identified using IMS T/C SHIP or T/C MSDOU03. Verified orders will process normally. Unverified orders will backorder or review, based on schedule code.




when i ordered a 85145960, i did receive a 19383805 in its place. Perhaps that is what that stock is being saved for.

i have ordered through our dms and then upgraded to spac on global, i ordered through global with the vin in note field,
i ordered reg cso.

No wonder they are on control this guy has all of them

How'd you get so far ahead of the 8 ball? I don't need any anymore but the one I waited on was about a month and a half.

I ordered them all almost 3 months ago. Great that we got them in this week now that A/C season is almost over!!
