Parts Workbench plus

Is anyone else having issues with multiple cancelled orders?

Has anybody figured out how to search for part numbers in the invoicing screen without knowing the invoice number the part is on?

In the old Legacy system I could search by Part Number up to 30 days back to see if I was invoiced for a part number that I haven't received yet.

Unless I am missing something; you now have to know the invoice # the part number is invoiced on to search for it.

This will make it nearly impossible for me to check my invoiced not received parts in the new system...

I just worked through this this morning...

So heres what I do

Click into invoices > Date Range 6 months or so > Right side, 4th from the edge of screen, search magnifing glass > advanced search > punch in PN, apply.

Then it brings up the invoices from the date range it was invoiced on.

Even though we know how to do it; it still might not be worth it.
The site takes so long to load an invoice/do a search now it's not worth the time.

I wish they could still let us use the legacy system!

Thank you for that, that does make it easier as I was lost too.

Say you place an order and want to check it 30 minutes later? How do you do that now?

You can check to make sure it went through and see who placed the order etc. through "Order Management, Order Information, Purchase Orders".
