Hi, do anybody know how to get FEDEX tracking numbers from sprint shipment's?

One we're receiving: Ours shows up in the answerback with the selling dealer info, once a dealer confirms shipment.

One we're sending: we make an extra copy of the shipping label to keep with our invoice. Wonder if OEC or DPAC can help?

If you have the shipment number, go to order management, then order information. Go down to shipments. Adjust the date range to include when your part was ordered, then find the shipment number. The tracking number should be on the other side of the line.
