Dealership ownership change.

Hello All

We recently went thru a GM ownership change. When they changed our dealer code ALL of our previous information is gone. I contacted GM dealer support to try and get 2 days worth of parts invoices and a weekly summary for the old dealer code so we can close out the books but to no avail. If anyone else has experienced this and know who I may contact it would be greatly appreciated.

Last time I had this happen; my Dealer Principal had to get the DM to retrieve it for me.

Same here. Did the termination return, GM blocked all our outstanding invoices. Had to get our DM to step in.
