I AM THINKING ABOUT USING THIS FEATURE,BUT AM NOT SURE OF ITS FUNCTIONABILITY.PLEASE HELP.HOW ARE YOU KEEPING TRACK OF CAR DOWN AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS,AS TO NOT TO SENDING THESE OUT,BUT STILL HAVING SOME SORT OF CONTACT SHEET?I RAN SOME TEST POSTCARDS AND IT DID NOT PRINT PREPAID. IS THIS CORRECT? ANYTHING ELSE TO WATCH OUT FOR? DOES THIS FEATURE REALLY WORK? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE VERY HELPFULL IN MAKING MY DECISION. THANK YOU

I assume you're referring to 2065

1) Pre-paids (SP) print if you select them to print

2) If you want to exclude wholesale customers, don't select them at the Customer Type prompt.

3) To avoid sending cards out to 'car downs', dont select Open Customer RO's at the Document Type prompt. Or, print them and have the Service department review the cards before sending them out. This will also help to let them know what parts have arrived.

ok I use the 2065. It is available to select the prepaid ones if you want. I took that report one step further. I had my printer make a 5 copy form. I uses this to label the parts, mail a copy to customer, give one for parts records, one to service writer, and to the service manger. That seems to work pretty good. Its like the old hand written sop forms..
