Re: GM SHOWING STOCK IN GLOBAL BUT BACKORDERED
Had the same issue. Waited months for a windshield. Was told by DPAC that the source would not transfer individual windshields between Direct Ship facilities. Most likely due to possibility of damaging. Finally got released and the packaging was the best I had ever seen for a windshield.

Re: Damaged Sprint Process
Crazy as it sounds, I'm pretty certain you have to process by emailing RIM.

Re: Monthly RIM purchases not recognized
Something’s up? No reply from PASE team when I pointed this out via email.
Gave team a list of several numbers that didn’t record purchases.
Conveniently, the PASE Dashboard isn’t showing current data.

Monthly RIM purchases not recognized
Has anyone else had issues with valid RIM purchases not showing as purchased?
The reason I ask is because we’re seeing ‘Qualifiers Not Met’ on PASE Dashboard and we’re supposedly below 90%.
Total ‘RIM’ purchases seeming too low.
Review monthly RIM purchases and find several numbers not registering.

Re: damaged sprint shipments
It is my understanding that those claims need to be filed through RIM. rimda
I know, sounds crazy, but that’s who to submit to.

Order canceled due to 'New RIM Stocking Policy'
Seeking opinions on what appears an issue to me.
In the past year or so, I have seen cancellations of backordered RIM parts that AFTER the order had been placed, RIM recalculations have reduced the SPQ to a lower number or to ‘0’.
And, of course, I know there has, to some degree, been ...

Re: Question on warr over counter
Had this same exact situation a couple years ago. Submitted ALL parts to warranty and received payment. Downside of only submitting parts is that there was no labor via that route. When approaching DMA about labor, basic answer was that the labor for the defective repairs could have also been paid ...

Re: CDK auto supersession
You do have the option to do ‘Delay’ part number changes.
It’s turned on in Source Setups.
If you have an OH of a number that the price tape shows a new number, when the price tape updates, with delay PNC turned on, your OH will stay with the ‘old number’. This helps when there are price changes ...

Re: OEC Fraudulent Business Practices
One way to eliminate the ‘Extra’ Mid-Day update is to simply receipt your daily RIM order and even your daily CSO order at the end of the day that the orders have been written. It’s easy enough to see what is shipping out of your facing PDC through PWB. You can also receipt any back order releases ...
