Any of you GM guys know why orders for this part is being cancelled? Charlotte shows 900 of these but I have had CSO orders cancel yesterday and today.

Has anybody else seen this before? I have a door that was released off a SPAC case and shipped FedEx. FedEx Tracking says

"Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date."

Part is in Memphis (10/26) but being held until 11/2 until delivery per GMs ...

Anybody else having problems getting warranty return shipping labels to print? I have 2 stores and neither can get UPS labels or Central Transport BOL to pop up. We've tried on Chrome, Edge and Explorer. Everyday is an adventure with GlobalConnect.

How much dollar amount are we talking about? We're a small dealer and I have strategies that work well on small scale but probably not so much for larger dealers.

We stock about 100 tires here and sell about that many per month. Instead of keeping a list for the counter guys to know which sizes we have I just have part# changes set up so:

punch in: 275/55R20
R&R spits out: 19145377

Not sure how big the inventory is but if it were me, I'd walk the bins and pull out all the parts that are obviously non-returnable/no good. Make a list of the parts numbers you pulled and, initially, do not count at inventory time. See how you fare against the GL and decide at that point whether ...
