I just wish they offered labels in pink, blue and purple. When you print the label, it says what color it is, but would be less likely to get mixed up if it was in the correct color.

This afternoon the E store won't load.

Nothing from GM letting us know what's going on. If we treated our customers like GM treats us we'd be out of business.

Can anyone get into global this afternoon. We are getting just a white screen. Can get on global, just not parts workbench.

Reports from last night didn't run. There is a message that RAC is waiting for ISM in the parts JOB-Stack to complete.
I manually ran ISM but won't know until tomorrow if that worked. Any suggestions?

Any else having issues with the parts pictures in the catalog? KZ142791 86813008 door lock switch. Click on the camera. My catalog shows a piece of trim. The online catalog may show a switch but the quality is so bad I'm not sure. WTF???????

what's going on with Global today? Can't get packing slips, can't get to RIM, can get to the main menu and can do somethings but not others.

We cannot log in either. So cannot get body parts pricing. Another BS no backup system by GM. Like when we get our packing slip for GM parts. A box pops up "Do you trust this site?" Hell no I don't trust it but it's the only way to get a packing slip.
