Is PWB+ slow for anyone else? I know its typical but today seems really bad. Can't pull up spac cases or back orders

It's horrible today!! I just lost an order somewhere in the system, no acknowledgement that it was accepted or anything.. Backorders are not showing in the Backorder list from an order I placed 45 minutes ago.. So now I have no idea if the parts I just ordered even are going to get ordered.. BUT my PDC is happy I am up to date with all of my Special orders as of this morning!! Jeez...

Can't cancel a backorder, can't upgrade from DRO to CSO. Just the shimmering lines instead of the spinning wheel of death!

If you are using Goggle Chrome, In the upper right hand corner is 3 vertical dot. Click on that. The third item down should read New Icognito window. Select that. It should bring you up a browser screen with a goofy guy with glasses and a hat.
Type in the upper search autopartners dot net. It should bring you to a VSP login page. Everything through here seems to be working. Except eDOc packing slips. They are a mess still.

with EPIC still up, i have been upgrading all my DRO orders to CSO with no problems.

That is freaking GENIUS!!! Last night before I left, I found the spot in EPIC to do that and upgraded all my past orders that I wasn't able to upgrade thru workbench minus...came in this morning to 100+ answerbacks of parts processing for shipment!
