We can not have customers waiting months for engines, transmissions, transfer case. So we have to be able to use whatever means it takes to procure these items to get our customers ...

So do people in states that have warm weather all year round not use their AC? We're in MN., and when the weather hits 70 here, people are using their ac and that seems to be when GM backorders their ac condensers. we split it 50/50 parts and service. If by chance we don't hit PASE, 50/50 split on surcharges.
