Well that explains a lot. The Partech analyist we talked to said there was no number change involved. I knew we had sold a lot of them but had no way to prove it, what with the catalog changing. A word to the wise, if you have the number on D2D you will get a ton of requests.....

We have a pretty hard nosed warranty clerk who calls in the aftermarket warranties. If it's a "we'll send you a part" he gets a handling fee.
