SPAC fill rate is going to go in the toilet. We do not have the manpower to watch d2d for a 90 minute window to get a label or deal with other dealers either not getting their label's or not knowing how to look for them. Also bad timing with all the current backorder issues.

Windshield orders. Any fix in the works?
Issue is that it will show stock but it could be out of reach for delivery and is actually on back order.
No way to tell unless you call.

When the above happens, I ask for their fax number, login to loop one with their info (dealer code squared) print their label and fax it to them so they can ship it to me.

I know this will not help now as you need to clean the store but this is how we run it and have no obsolescence.

We have a return bin that we put all the cso ordered parts that are returned to us in.
We know all these parts were ordered CSO giving us the opportunity to send them back with return ...

Same here.
The whole program's amount is based off of parts purchase's and our parts department is updating all other departments on where we are on hitting the objectives (or avoiding any penalties I like to call them).

There are a few things that are better but not many. Most reports you can get in excel so you can sort them etc very easily.

There are a lot of "it doesn't do"'s we like to call them. There are applications that will be on the screen that do not do anything at all. Parts to be deleted that we used ...
