Re: DMS PRICING
For just DMS or for all things IT? We're still on "If it doesn't work, you are using it wrong" Reynolds blue screen, just DMS, my cut is right around $950. All things IT, I'm closer to $2,500 too.
Which DMS are you on? Also do you know what your expenses split is? (i.e. 25% new, 30% used, 30 ...

Re: Global Disconnect
Did anyone actually get their order this morning if placed through EPIC? I didn't.
Still no answerbacks and order status summary doesn't even recognize the control number I used.

"gm.corereturn.center refused to connect."
Well this is going as expected for GM. When it does work, it's sooooo slow and unresponsive.

Re: What Caused Your Pad to GL Variance?
Service having access to parts reminded me of an incident I forgot about. Early on I kept having a loss on reconciling oil each month, at first I chocked it up to the overnight UCI tech service had, but when it continued after they got rid of an overnight tech, I knew something had to be going on ...

Re: What Caused Your Pad to GL Variance?
Outside of my first inventory after taking over, we've been pretty nominal ($2k to $3k swings negative and positive since the office doesn't book appreciation and refuses to reconcile at the end of each month).

Yet 97241129, the thermostat that sits right next to it on 01-19 Duramax, is still RIM managed.
