How does everybody handle the purchase loyalty report? I am fairly new Parts Manager working in a tiny dealership and am stumped..or stupid. I have cleaned up my RIM compliant list, but am finding all the new numbers I have taken off the temp/perm excluded list are now showing up on my purchase ...

It changes numbers to 19419980. Still no ETA. Locator shows dealers that have it are all located in California. You also need to order gasket number 12634467 if you don't have one. Doc # PIP5527H

I talked to a dude from DLI that said they were getting caught up. My response back was laughter and well I am still waiting on stock orders from 2 months ago. They can not and have not got anything right since the strike was over. He also stated they are loosing drivers like flies. Blah, blah blah ...

Another day of waiting for the DLI truck. Yesterday they were 5 hours behind. Still have not seen that truck. Todays truck is a crap shoot.

Same boat man. All I really needed is 1 freaking piece. Now my driver is going 170 miles one trip to get a $9.00 part.
