How does everybody handle the purchase loyalty report? I am fairly new Parts Manager working in a tiny dealership and am stumped..or stupid. I have cleaned up my RIM compliant list, but am finding all the new numbers I have taken off the temp/perm excluded list are now showing up on my purchase loyalty ding list? But I also have new numbers that I have added into RIM and they are on the ding list.
Can you file for a adjustment? A chunk of the numbers do seem that they were on backorder. How does once track that? Am I missing something?
I have over 40 numbers. I feel lost and stupid as hell.

You can go to Parts Workbench, Under dealer daily report, you can download a spreadsheet to note your adjustments and send it to Samedayadjuster at gm dot com. I believe it's Purchase loyalty detail MTD.

Are you talking about purchase loyalty or sales loyalty? I have not been to lucky on the sales loyalty because of the stupid restrictions.
