Is anyone else having issues with multiple cancelled orders?

We have been on it since November of 2019. Happy to answer any questions. Lots of growing pains, but there always are with any DMS change.

It's in the parts P&P located in Global Connect. I just found out on my own, after logistics returned an entire core return (13 pcs).

We have been processing Ecommerce orders since early implementation. It is for accessories only. We have had very few issues so far, mostly with backordered parts. Other than that, it's been fairly smooth sailing.

The interface is clunky, have not ironed out trying to process Sprints. We don't seem to see the requests. Using Internet Explorer as required upon the rollout. I also am having very little success getting other dealers to process sprints to us.

I have 4 sets here with incorrect hardware. Clips are the wrong size in the box. Date Code on all of them-077 19320-258
Curious if anyone else has run into this yet.

So, I am to assume that everyone else has the parts segregated off to the side? I haven't heard or seen any correspondence on how to dispose of, or, where to send these things.
