A method to bill lift kits and wheels we install on new demo trucks without hurting loyalty numbers would be helpful
Yes I can help with that also. Once setup, you can bill any non-factory part onto a customer pay or internal repair order without negatively impacting your sales loyalty numbers ...

As a fixed ops consultant for many years, I have worked with nearly every DMS and aftermarket service system out there. In my opinion, CDK Service is the best system available today.
The problem is setup. CDK Service is complicated and time consuming to set up and is almost never done properly.
