DealerTrack/Arkona Parts not on RO

DealerTrack/Arkona Parts not on RO

Has anybody else experienced this, we have had several times where counter people are 100% angrily sure that the parts went on the RO but service keeps coming back. Just has anyone else had this issue

Is this happening on in stock or emergency purchases?

I have had the issue when my counter guys are in a hurry they forget to put the quantity in and shows on the ro without a quantity like a lost sale. They always say they put the quantity in, but I believe they just get in too much of a hurry. If this is not the case you might contact customer service when you have an active example for them to look at.
