It's now been too long since I sat in front of a Reynolds PC so I can't give exact instructions any more but I had a ton of stuff preloaded into GOG so that cost wouldn't have to be input on stocking items.
This was all the individual BG Flushes, nuts, bolts, hardware, vacuum line, clamps, etc.
And then a misc line for any one offs we bought that wasn't GM like tires, calipers, etc..
The only downside was none of that stuff pulled from physical inventory so you do have to be a bit more trusting than usual. I had a good team that understood what we were doing, how and why.
The way I inventoried it was just getting the total of what was listed in GOG account from the office and compare that to what I had in stock but had to manually count it all.
When we switched to Automate, I was able to get them to custom set up a very similar way of doing it.
Several years ago, I had sent some detailed instructions in PMs here to others so maybe if any of those guys are still hanging around here, they could chime in.
