Most DMSs have a way to receipt the new part number while still having stock of the old part number. Therefore showing stock available by both part numbers. So I have to wonder how this sort of thing happens? I would call them and ask if it is O.K. to send them the old part number, they may just need it bad enough to be O.K. with it. (Also; how frustrating is it when a dealer accepts a SPRINT only to find out they don't have the part at all, and fail to call SPAC to report it??!!)
