They just keep calling and calling, with lie after lie, they act as the family friend of the Parts Manager and will only talk to him.
We have tried every method I believe known to man to make them go away, and still they remain a nuisance, and they always call during the busiest times.
I wish I had a contact or phone # to them, just to make it go away. They are a major distraction to the day.
If anybody knows a way to make them stop PLEASE let us know.

If you read the pass post, all you have to do is email one of us. Also since I have had them stop calling others have stopped also. Must be just a phone marking center under serveral names.

I called this MORON named Josh back immediately and spoke to him in a language he evidently was able to decipher and I haven't heard back-Gee, hope I didn't hurt his feelings.....

I keep getting calls from ADVANCED AUTO in ST PAUL, MN.

This guy is an idiot........Keeps calling, I tell him politely I don't want anything. The next call i'm an a****le to try to get rid of him. NOPE, he keeps calling.

Today I tried getting a phone number from him, he wouldn't give it up.

I also asked for his boss, he said, "he has several bosses", its amazing that they were all in a meeting.

Anyone have a phone number for these guys?

Bump!!
Just wanted to bump this to the top. Does anyone have any answers? This is just getting insane. These folks really have no clue. Why would you keep calling and harrassing people that have said they will not buy anything? Are there really Parts Managers giving in and making purchases just to get them to stop? I would think they'd do better if they would change their sales practices.

I'll tell you what has worked for me. First, tell them to go to wal-mart or something and compare the prices of 9004 bulbs (or whatever they are selling) and then ask them what do they think their mother would think of them if she knew what a crook they had become, elaborated of course. Then tell them they have to buy blinker fluid and muffler bearings from you if they want to continue the conversation. The response is plain justification!
