RETURN ON INVESTMENT

HELLO
Can anyone tell us what the standard is for return on investment is for a chevrolet store. we are currently running 210% gross and 85% for net. I know that a few years ago it was 256 gross and 85 for net, has this change any? I would appreciate any help on this i could get as I am working on my action and business plan for "2000". thank you in advance.
