Ask your rep if that is how Volvo does business at the factory level -- whenever they want to increase their sales they just add more inventory (regardless of whether there is demand for it or not)? Or is this just another means for them to increase their sales at the dealers' expense? Practice what you are preaching, Mr./Ms. Rep, and when it proves to be successful (fat chance), then maybe the suggestion would have some validity. Otherwise --
spare me these "helpful" suggestions.

I get the same line from my Rep. He knows I do not order parts just because he asks. It is a foolish way of doing business. I think it is based on how they may be paid.

We're up 18% fixed ops ytd and July is
a record month already. Sales profits up
due to used car sales N/C is slow.
I feel blessed on the SC coast after hearing from you guys.
Are you thinking outside the factory
mold and working pay plans so folks have
work and not just show up.
Car-Mail is working for us getting the right
customers in our service drives.
Working real hard to get N/C sales up??
