Microsoft getting into DMS business?

Heard this news on Monday. Automotive News has an article regarding this move but I have not had a chance to see it yet. Anyone have some insight on this?

It should be available early next year and is to compete with ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds
It will target dealerships of 10 stores or more initially It is to be very price competitive and boasts superior technology.
Only time will tell
