We have been very successful in running a 60-90 day turn by using this formula. Keep your inventory at full list for the 1st 30-45 days. Market a discounted price for 15-20 days. The last 15-20 days create an "auction bound" area that the sales staff knows are vehicles on their way out. Spiff or create a contest that targets these vehicles and make sure the area is clearly marked "Auction Bound". Create an urgency! Then follow thru by getting left over vehicles to the auction.
