does anyone have a bonus plan for parts
adivsors that is fair to all advisors
regardless of which counter they are
assigned to? I have one in place for
freight expense and have heard of ones for
increase in sales over last year. The one
for increased sales seems boring and unfair
since 70% of my business is dependent on
the service department.

Hi Joe,

There are some who say a good way to compesate parts advisors is to pay them a salary, a percentage of the gross profit as commission, then have a bonus on based on Customer Pay "Labor Hours" sold per month. You could average your monthly CP Hours sold and work an extra incentive that way.
