ADP Report

Does anyone know how to create an ADP report that would list open repair orders and show vehicle year, make, model and mileage?

Try this english statement:
LIST LABOR WITH NO CLOSE-DATE YEAR MAKE MODEL MILEAGE

Add any other fields you might need to display. This will give you what you are looking for. This can also be set up in RPG .

Use ENGLISH or RPG to access the LABOR file. The english statement would be: SORT LABOR RO CUST-NAME YEAR MAKE MODEL MILEAGE BY RO ID-SUPP (ADD LPTR TO THE END IF YOU WANT TO SEND IT TO THE LINEPRINTER)

You can also download these reports directly to Excel with the RXR function.
The RXR routine takes you to the English statement prompt and the output goes to Excel. RPX does the same thing with RPG.
You must be on a PC with Reflection 7.0 or greater loaded.
