DP is right. You can tell 80% about what's going on before stepping in the door. If all the guides and benchmarks look good, you know there is a whole bunch being done right. As far as sales between both stores, that's a little different, although as a gm I would expect if sales is up in one I'm going to get a lift in the other as well, maybe more maybe less. If I didn't, I'm going right back to the guides and benchmarks as well as walk the floor and listen before passing judgment.
