Reconditioning pay plans

Postby djs » Thu Jun 29, 2006 1:16 pm

I am trying to put together a pay plan that would pay my recon people a flat rate type pay. I don't know if that would be all their pay but I need to do something to track productivity of that department. Anyone thoughts or suggestions?

I have been working on this as well. I am going to put our recon crew on minimum wage plus $5 for every wash & vac, $20 for every full detail, and $25 for every interior and exterior environmental packeage they do.

I like the idea for the pay plan, but who orders all of the supplies, who does all of the leg work like finding out what cars need to be done, checks in new cars, etc.

I have a nice excel sheet that uses simple op-codes(a,b,c, etc) to show the crew what op to flag (a=new car seals b=service wash etc). If you flag your crew this will work. Send an email I will be happy to share.
