Start with, as many as possible, services you perform everyday. LOF, air filters, fuel filters, trans service, axle service, etc.
Build you a Service List, price all individual services at a retail price, or your normal price. Be sure that you are profitable on each service.
I am not sure how PB's are with recommended service intervals, but I am sure that there is something printed. Follow factory recommended intervals, combine the above services together to build a Service Menu. You can offer some discounts if 2 or 3 services are done at the same time.
An example; LOF, replace air filter and fuel filter, fluid and underbody check. priced individually $164.35, priced in the package $139.95.
Is this what you are looking for?
