I am looking for a BMW warranty administrator job description and pay plan. We have two warranty admin's in one office doing 300,000 to 350,000 warranty parts and labor per month. They are in the top percent of their market for through-put every month, and their receivable's are incredible. They are doing a great job. Please help!
