GM store looking to increase traffic - suggestions???

think tires! This is the best gateway to CP. If you sell tires even better, but if possible promote a free rotation, and better yet a free balance or flat repairs. Talk it up, this is a great customer satisfier and takes little time and opens the door for a bunch of sales, alignment and frt end parts, brakes, suspension etc. Good money making sales.
The flip side is if you are sending your customers "down the block", that tire shop is offering and doing these jobs...gauranteed.
