Tech Incentive Plans

We are heavy duty truck dealer with multiple locations and shifts. We pay techs on an hourly rate basis. We are looking at putting in place an incentive plan based on the techs productivity and effeciency numbers. Anybody out there to share good, bad and ugly experiences with tech plans
