Extended Warranty Companies please help

I am looking to buy an extended warranty and have been looking at several companies. The two best that I have been able to find are
Warranty Direct and
Warranty Warehouse
Does anyone have experience with either of these companies? Do the actually pay claims?

If you're talking warrantydirect.com, I believe they are owned by Interstate - they've been around for awhile (but so was National Warranty before they went out of business). Do they pay claims? As well as any other second tier extended service company (IMHO) which is to say make sure you know the answer before you ask the question and be prepared to always ask twice. I'd trust them to live up to their contract.

Warranty Warehouse is a mystery to me (which doesn't mean anything) so I can't comment on them.
