When we were developing the new ServiceOPS Rover system we took selling tires seriously. The service advisor has to complete a walk around which includes recording tire tread depth. This can used to follow up for tires sales or be added to the menu offer that day. Using our good better best system you give the customer choices and they will buy from you. I believe I read a NADA number that said 73% of the people will buy tires from the first person that mentions the need to them. Our users have been driving how ServiceOPS develops, keeping our customers in the store instead of quick lubes, independents etc includes selling tires
